01 · Problem

What was missing?

Orders were taken on paper and passed to the kitchen by word of mouth, while stock and daily sales were kept in separate notebooks; errors and delays were unavoidable.

02 · Solution

What we did

We built a web-based POS that runs on tablets and computers. Staff sign in with a PIN; tables, orders, the kitchen display, products, stock and sales reports all work in one system. Guests reach the menu with the QR code on the table.
